It is what it is ...

he is what he is. So what separates me and my books from others? Allen Eskens was an attorney who loves to daydream which led him to writing. He is going to appear in Eau Claire on October 22 to discuss this notion. I on the other hand was a police officer who lived it. I don't dream nothing up. I just cut and paste real experiences into my writing. Take Brand of Justice. I include perfect murders in it, the kind where a killer leaves no trail. Nothing. Bingo. Mayo Clinic Nurses read it and reported people can die as detailed in the story. They also were spooked with the notion that a person could come up with such a spooky story.
